from the vaults: bim sherman in holland

A little gem, that just showed up: a concert poster for a gig in Arnhem, The Netherlands, early 1992. Apparently Skip McDonald was playing guitar, but who knows who are the 'others' mentioned on the poster?

bleibt alles anders - adrian sherwood remix

One of many remixes done by Adrian Sherwood: 'Bleibt alles Anders' by German singer Herbert Grönemeyer. Skip McDonald provided additional guitar for this one. AMS did four mixes of this track. I'm not sure which one this is.
On the side: before remixing 'Bleibt alles Anders' in 1998, Sherwood also did a remix of 'Letzte Version', that same year.

keith leblanc with nokko (rebecca)

Now this is a strange one! Keith LeBlanc drumming for Japanese singer Nokko (formerly of the band Rebecca), with Talvin Singh on the tablas. The track is called 'Apache Moon' and the quality of the recording could be better, but a nice one nontheless.

gary clail - these things are worth fighting for

asian dub foundation - fortress europe

Official video for one of Asian Dub Foundation's best tracks. Is that because Adrian Sherwood was twisting the knobs? Or is it the voice of the Ghetto Priest? Anyway: great video.

tackhead - ticking time bomb

Seldom to be seen, but what a wild video this is! Tackhead and 'Ticking Time Bomb'. ...This could explode into a conflict!
